About the Etna Green Church of Christ
Around 1862, a group of families decided to begin a church that centered on the teaching of Jesus Christ. They sought to have unity where the Bible speaks, silence where it was silent, and grace in all things. They valued the Christian gathering, partaking in the Lord's Supper weekly, and fully surrendering to Jesus Christ through baptism by immersion. Even after 150 years, the church family continues to uphold these same values and principles to guide her forward to be a place and people where the love of God is embraced and experienced.

About our Minister
Jordan and Wendy Ickes moved to Etna Green in 2007. They both are graduates of Great Lakes Christian College in Lansing, MI. Together, they have three wonderful kids, Oliver, Ellie and Audrey. They enjoy going to sporting events and playing games. They love pizza and finding new places for new adventures.
Jordan also serves as an instructor at Grace College in Winona Lake, and Great Lakes Christian College. He loves working with young people and encouraging people in their walk with God. Wendy is gifted musically and enjoys leading worship and making music with her family and friends.
